Again this year, VIP Players Club members have a second chance to win with any of these six holiday instant games in the $100,000 Jolly Jackpot Second-Chance Drawings. “Instant games make a great gift idea for anyone over the age 18,” said Lottery Director Todd Rucci. “Our players always look forward to their arrival because it’s a sure sign that the holiday season is drawing near.” Merry Millionaire, a $20 game, offers five top prizes of $1 million and players can win up to 20 times on each ticket.
