Triple Ones Drawn in The Daily Number Evening Game on Sept. 15
Middletown – The Pennsylvania Lottery’s The Daily Number evening drawing winning numbers were 1-1-1 on Sunday, Sept. 15, resulting in a total payout of $2,290,550 to 9,299 winners.
A 50-cent wager on The Daily Number pays $250; a $1 wager pays $500.
Triple ones have been drawn a total of 19 times since The Daily Number drawing began in March 1977. This total includes both evening and mid-day drawings.
The last time 1-1-1 was drawn in The Daily Number’s evening drawing was Oct. 3, 2012. This number combination came up in The Daily Number’s mid-day drawing on April 10, 2012.
Overall, triples have been drawn a total of 191 times – 146 times in the evening drawings and 45 times in the mid-day drawings – since the debut of The Daily Number.
2010 holds the record for the most triples drawn in a year with 14.
How to Play The Daily Number: The Daily Number is a three-digit numbers game. Players may bet $.50 or $1 per play. Players may play up to five panels on each playslip. On each panel, players may choose, or allow the Lottery terminal to randomly quick-pick, any three-digit number. Numbers can be played straight, boxed, straight box, super straight, front pair, back pair, and other combinations. A straight bet pays 500-to-1. Other payouts vary based on the type of bet placed.
