Pennsylvania Lottery Launches Monster Money Second-Chance Drawings for New Halloween-Themed Instant Games

Middletown – Players of the Pennsylvania Lottery’s new Zombie Cash and Frankenbucks Halloween-themed instant games will have extra chances to win through the online Monster Money Second-Chance Drawings, offering $150,000 in additional prizes.
