New Year’s Millionaire Raffle Mints Four New Millionaires;
Tickets Sold After 8 p.m. on Jan. 2 are Eligible for Refunds
Middletown, PA – Four Pennsylvania Lottery players are popping champagne as new millionaires after the New Year’s Millionaire Raffle drawing on January 2, which awarded a total of $5,089,200 to thousands of winners across the state.
The Lottery also announced that the holders of 348 Millionaire Raffle tickets sold after 8 p.m. on January 2 as the result of a sales system error will be eligible for a refund of the $20 purchase price. Under the game rules, only tickets sold before 8 p.m. may be considered for the drawing.
Those tickets, bearing the numbers 00473914 to 00474261, show a draw date of April 14, 2025. To claim a refund, those tickets should either be taken to one of the Lottery’s Area Offices where the customer will be asked to complete a claim form, or mailed to PA Lottery Headquarters, Attn: Security Department, 1200 Fulling Mill Road, Middletown, PA 17057. Be certain to sign the back of the ticket and include your full name, mailing address and telephone number.
In all, 473,913 valid tickets were sold for the New Year’s Millionaire Raffle drawing.
The four $1 million top-prize raffle ticket numbers selected were: 00036708, 00052794, 00146374, and 00243603.
The four $100,000 second-tier prize raffle ticket numbers selected were: 00087131, 00284846, 00330320, and 00459256.
Millionaire Raffle also awarded 100 prizes of $1,000 and 5,892 prizes of $100. The drawing offered a total of 6,000 prizes.
To win, the eight-digit ticket number must exactly match a winning number selected in the raffle drawing. All digits must appear in the same sequence as the winning number.
Players may check winning numbers at palottery.com. Winning raffle ticket numbers are listed by prize category. Players should also check tickets using a scanner available at Lottery retailers and immediately sign any winning tickets.
The $1 million top prizes must be claimed by presenting a winning ticket at Pennsylvania Lottery headquarters in Middletown, Dauphin County, or at any of the Lottery’s seven area offices. Claims may be filed Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Lottery headquarters and from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at area offices.
Claims for the $100,000 prizes can be filed at any of the Lottery’s seven area offices or at a Pennsylvania Lottery retailer. Holders of Millionaire Raffle tickets worth $1,000 and $100 can claim winnings at Lottery retailers.
Ticket sales for the New Year’s Millionaire Raffle began November 10 and ended at 8 p.m. on January 2. The drawing was conducted from among 473,913 ticket numbers sold. Each ticket cost $20.
Millionaire Raffle, launched in 2005 and originally offered twice a year, is now offered four times a year. The St. Patrick’s Day Millionaire Raffle will go on sale January 11 and will be drawn on March 19.
