The vendors were selected after a competitive procurement process conducted by the Pennsylvania Department of General Services. That process started with a request for proposals and later involved the evaluation of the proposals that were received.
The contracts are available on the Pennsylvania Treasury’s website, patreasury.gov, under the contracts e-library.
