Enter your non-winning Leprechaun Loot and Lucky $hamrock tickets in our O’Lucky Day Second-Chance Drawing for a chance to win one of 10 prizes of $17,000 each.  For each $2 Leprechaun Loot ticket you enter, you’ll have two chances to win; for each $5 Lucky $hamrock ticket you enter, you’ll have five chances to win.  To enter, you must be a member of the PA Lottery’s VIP Players Club.  Entries must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. on March 12, 2012.
