The Pennsylvania Lottery is introducing The Lucky Spot as a new $1 ticket. This game offers 80 top prizes of $1,000 and more than 5,000 prizes from $100 to $1,000. Players can win up to four times on each ticket. Reveal a "HORSE SHOE" (LUCKY) symbol in any SPOT and win the prize shown under it.
