Cumberland County Man Wins on His 18th Birthday

David Kephart Jr. of New Cumberland, Cumberland County, won $10,000 on the first instant ticket he ever scratched.

His grandmother bought a Mustang instant ticket as a gift for David’s 18th birthday. It was a surprise to everyone when they realized it was a gift worth $10,000.

David says he prefers Chevy over Ford, but was happy with the ticket after he learned what it was worth.

David is debating whether to use his winnings to save for college or buy that Chevy he’s been wanting.
