Middletown, PA – The Pennsylvania Lottery today announced the winning numbers for the fourth of six New Year’s Millionaire Raffle Early Bird Bonus Drawings. Each drawing awards three prizes of $50,000.
 
The randomly selected winning ticket numbers for the second drawing are: 00132608; 00137700; and 00165046. The tickets were sold at the following retailers:

• Duffy’s Pop and Beer, 294 Curry Hollow Road, Pittsburgh;
• Fefi’s Market, 300 E. Grant Ave., Altoona, Blair County; and
• Nielsen’s, 330 Grant St. Lobby, Pittsburgh. 

The winning numbers were randomly drawn from among 45,342 Millionaire Raffle ticket numbers sold from November 29 to December 5, 2016. The remaining Early Bird Bonus Drawing purchase periods are:

• Drawing 5: Tickets sold from December 6 to December 12, 2016.
• Drawing 6: Tickets sold from December 13 to December 19, 2016.

Players should check their New Year’s Millionaire Raffle ticket numbers against the Early Bird Bonus Drawing winning ticket numbers posted at palottery.com. Scanning a ticket will not indicate whether it has won an Early Bird Bonus prize.
 
Early Bird Bonus Drawing prizes must be claimed in person at one of the seven Pennsylvania Lottery offices located across the state and cannot be claimed at a retailer or by mail. See official rules and prize claim instructions at palottery.com. A total of 18 prizes of $50,000 are being awarded through the six Early Bird Bonus Drawings.
 
Players are reminded to keep their tickets for the New Year’s Millionaire Raffle game drawing on January 7, 2017, because it is possible for a ticket to win in both drawings.
 
How to Play Millionaire Raffle: Only 500,000 tickets are available for the New Year’s Millionaire Raffle game drawing on January 7, 2017, which features 6,000 cash prizes totaling more than $5 million. The game’s prize levels are: four prizes of $1 million; four prizes of $100,000; 100 prizes of $1,000; and 5,892 prizes of $100. Tickets will be available until 8 p.m. on the drawing date, January 7, 2017, or until sold out. Winning numbers will be randomly selected from among ticket numbers sold.
 
Each $20 ticket features a unique, eight-digit number issued sequentially as tickets are sold across the state, starting at 00000001 and ending at 00500000. To win, the number on the ticket must exactly match a winning number selected in the drawing, with all digits in the same sequence.
 
On January 7, winning New Year’s Millionaire Raffle numbers will be randomly selected after 8 p.m. and announced after 10 p.m. at palottery.com. After the game drawing, players should also check their tickets at a Lottery retailer or by using the Lottery’s official mobile app.
