Middletown, PA – Effective January 4, 2017, the Pennsylvania Lottery’s Lehigh Valley Area Office has relocated to 555 Union Blvd., Suite 5, Allentown, PA 18109. 
 
Office hours remain Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The telephone number, 610-807-3319, has not changed. The fax number has changed to 610-821-6137.
