PA Lottery’s Lots O’Luck Second-Chance Drawing Opens
Middletown, PA – The Pennsylvania Lottery’s Lots O’Luck second-chance drawing is now open, offering second chances to win up to $50,000.
Players may immediately enter non-winning O’Lucky 7s Scratch-Off tickets. Starting February 6, non-winning Tic-Tac-Luck Fast Play tickets can be entered. The random drawing will award 25 prizes of $1,000, ten prizes of $5,000 and one top prize of $50,000.
Enter through the VIP Players Club at or scan-to-enter using our official mobile app. Enter qualifying tickets as soon as possible after play. The entry deadline is March 22, 2018.
