Middletown, PA — One winning Pennsylvania Lottery Mega Millions® ticket worth $1 million from the Tuesday, July 16, drawing was sold at a Pike County grocery store. Weis Markets, Route 739, Hawley, earns a $5,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.

The ticket matched all five white balls drawn, 08-16-31-48-52, but not the yellow Mega Ball, 23, to win the $1 million prize, less applicable withholding.

Winners can be identified only after prizes are claimed and tickets validated. Winning ticket holders should sign their tickets and file a claim at the nearest Lottery office. Lower-tier prizes may be claimed at a Lottery retailer. Players should check every ticket, every time.

There was no jackpot-winning ticket sold for the July 16 Mega Millions drawing, which boosted the jackpot to a $154 million annuity value, or $98.8 million cash. The next Mega Millions drawing will be held Friday, July 19.

For the July 16 drawing, more than 17,000 Pennsylvania Lottery Mega Millions tickets won prizes, including more than 4,200 tickets purchased with the Megaplier option that won prizes multiplied by three.
