One PA Lottery Powerball Ticket Worth $150,000 & Six Tickets worth $50,000 sold in Pennsylvania

Middletown, PA — A Pennsylvania Lottery Powerball® with Power Play® ticket worth $150,000 was sold in Chester County for the Wednesday, March 27, drawing.

Turkey Hill, 4031 Horseshoe Pike, Honey Brook, earns a $500 bonus for selling the big winning ticket.

The ticket matched four of the five white balls drawn, 16-20-37-44-62, and the red Powerball, 12, to win the $150,000 prize, less applicable withholding. Without the $1 Power Play option, the ticket would have been worth $50,000. The Power Play multiplier drawn was three.

Six other Pennsylvania Lottery Powerball tickets worth $50,000 each were sold for the Wednesday drawing. The tickets matched four of the five white balls drawn and the Powerball to win $50,000, less applicable withholding.

The Powerball jackpot for Wednesday night’s drawing was an estimated $768 million annuity value with a cash option of $477 million. One jackpot-winning ticket was sold in Wisconsin. The ticket matched all five white balls drawn and the Powerball to win the jackpot, which was the third-largest in U.S. lottery history and second-largest Powerball jackpot on record.

Winners are not known until prizes are claimed and tickets validated. Pennsylvania Lottery Powerball winners have one year from the drawing date to claim prizes. The holder of the winning ticket should sign the back of the ticket and contact the nearest Lottery office.

More than 332,200 other PA Lottery Powerball tickets won prizes of various amounts in the drawing, including more than 65,300 tickets purchased with Power Play that won prizes multiplied by three. Players should check every ticket, every time.
