Pennsylvania Lottery’s Count de Money Second-Chance Drawing Opens Offering a Total of $360,000 in Prizes

Middletown, PA – The Pennsylvania Lottery’s Count de Money Second-Chance Drawing is now open to players, offering a total of $360,000 in prizes, including money to play the PA Lottery online.
 
Non-winning Graveyard Green, Eeek-A-Boo and Make Me Witch Scratch-Off tickets may be entered between now and Thursday, November 5, for chances to win one of three $31,000 top prizes, one of five prizes of $10,000 and one of five prizes of $5,000. There will also be chances to win one of 15 prizes of $1,300, one of 15 prizes of $500, plus one of 50 prizes of $100 to play online.
 
Then, starting Tuesday, October 6 through November 5, non-winning Franklin-Stein, Whole Lotta Mummy and Boo-Yah Fast Play tickets may be entered for chances to win one of two top prizes worth $31,000, one of five prizes worth $10,000 or one of five prizes of $5,000. There will also be chances to win one of 10 prizes worth $1,300, one of 10 prizes worth $500, and one of 50 prizes of $100 to play online.
 
Enter via the VIP Players Club at palottery.com or scan-to-enter using our Official App after reviewing entry instructions, prize details, rules, restrictions, and drawing information. Winners will be announced at palottery.com.
