How to Play Powerball Power Play

Cash4Life is a multi-state lottery game. Listed set prize amounts are based on the expected number of winning plays sharing in the prize pool. As the published Pennsylvania Lottery Cash4Life Rules and Regulations explain, in some cases, these prizes may be paid on a pari-mutuel basis and amounts will be lower. Top Prize-winning plays for a specific draw will receive an equal share of the Top Prize. Top Prize and second level prize winners have 60 days after claiming that prize to choose how to be paid. In most cases, the Top Prize and second level prizes can be paid as an annuity or as a one-time, cash prize. The cash prize value is specified in the published Rules and Regulations and is subject to change. The second through ninth prize levels may be reduced if liability caps are exceeded. By purchasing a Cash4Life ticket, the purchaser agrees to abide by published Rules and Regulations. In the event of a discrepancy, the published Rules and Regulations shall prevail.
