WINNING NUMBERS RSS
Powerball® is one of the most exciting PA Lottery games! The chart below shows Powerball prizes and chances of winning based on how many Powerball numbers you match. The white balls represent numbers and the red ball represents the Powerball number. Check Lottery results to see how many numbers you match.
The Powerball Power Play® option adds even more excitement to an already thrilling PA Lottery game! The Power Play option gives you the opportunity to increase your winnings for all prize levels except the jackpot. Prior to the Powerball drawing, a separate number (2, 3, 4, 5, or 10*) will be drawn; this is the Power Play number. If you win a non-jackpot prize from your Powerball wager and selected the Power Play option, your prize will increase according to the table below. The Power Play option applies to all plays on a playslip and adds $1 to the cost of each game played.

Powerball is a multi-state lottery game. The set prize amounts listed here are based on the expected number of winning plays sharing in the prize pool. In some cases, these prizes may be paid on a pari-mutuel basis and will be lower than these published prize levels. Refer to the official game rules for a detailed explanation of the pari-mutuel payment. The jackpot prize will be divided equally among all winning plays which correctly match five white balls plus the red Powerball that is drawn. Jackpot winners have 60 days after claiming that prize to choose how to be paid. The jackpot can be paid in increasing annual payments over 29 years (30 payments), or in one lump-sum cash payment. By purchasing a Powerball ticket, the player agrees to abide by the published Pennsylvania Lottery Rules and Regulations. In the event of a discrepancy, the published Rules and Regulations shall prevail.
