Tips for Redeeming Lottery Mobile Coupons

Q: Where can I redeem my coupon?
A: You must redeem your coupon at a PA Lottery retailer. At this time you cannot use the mobile coupon at a Lottery vending machine. Click here to find a retailer.

Q: Should I hand my phone over to the retailer to scan the coupon?
A: It is best to place your phone flat on the counter or hold your phone up for the clerk to scan. As a last resort you may hand your phone to the clerk.

Q: What if I my coupon doesn’t scan?

A: Adjust Phone View: If the barcode does not work in portrait view, rotate to landscape view and try again.

Adjust Brightness: Adjust the brightness on your phone to the highest level and then try scanning again.

Clean Screen: Clean your phone’s screen to remove fingerprints and smudges.

Remove Screen Protector: If your phone has a screen protector that is easily removable, please remove and try to scan again.

Manual Entry: Have the clerk manually enter the 16 digits displayed below the barcode or in the text message you received. See example images:

Q: Can I redeem my coupon multiple times at a retailer?
A: No. Although the barcode will still appear on your mobile device after the coupon has been redeemed, coupons may only be redeemed once.

 

Q: Can I redeem my coupon multiple times at different retailers?
A: No. Although the barcode will still appear on your mobile device after the coupon has been redeemed, once you redeem your coupon, you will no longer be able to redeem that coupon offer again.

 

Q: I still cannot redeem my coupon. What should I do?
