Adjust Brightness: Adjust the brightness on your phone to the highest level and then try scanning again.
Clean Screen: Clean your phone’s screen to remove fingerprints and smudges.
Remove Screen Protector: If your phone has a screen protector that is easily removable, please remove and try to scan again.
Manual Entry: Have the clerk manually enter the 16 digits displayed below the barcode or in the text message you received. See example images:
