Mega Millions® Jackpot Nears $1 Billion for Tonight’s Drawing

Middletown, PA – The Mega Millions® jackpot has grown to an estimated annuity value of $830 million, or $487.9 million cash, for tonight’s drawing. The jackpot has been rolling since it was last won in Tennessee on April 15. If the jackpot is won at $830 million, it will be the third-largest jackpot win in Mega Millions® history.
“This $830 million jackpot prize is definitely life-changing,” said Pennsylvania Lottery Executive Director Drew Svitko. “The Mega Millions jackpot has been rolling since April 15, and since then in Pennsylvania, Mega Millions ticket sales have totaled $53.8 million. Whether you purchase your Mega Millions ticket in-store or online, please remember to play responsibly.”

The last time the Mega Millions® jackpot was won in Pennsylvania was back in 2021, when Peace of Mind Trust, a five-member group, claimed a $516 million annuity jackpot prize.

If there is no Mega Millions® jackpot winner in tonight’s drawing, the jackpot for the Friday, July 29 drawing will be an estimated annuity value of $1.025 billion, or $602.5 million cash.
