How to Claim a Cash 5 Lottery Prize
Take your winning ticket to a PA Lottery Games retailer to validate. The retailer may pay valid lottery prizes up to and including $2,500 per ticket. If the Lottery payout is over $600, you must complete a claim form. You must also file a claim form for any winning Lottery ticket older than 180 days. *Prize money allocated to the jackpot category will be paid on a pari-mutuel basis. If more than one winning jackpot play is determined, each is entitled to a pro-rated payment share of the total jackpot prize category.
