The Cash4Life® winning-ticket worth $1,000 a week for life, or $1 million cash, was sold in Allegheny County for the Wednesday, January 13 drawing.
The ticket correctly matched all five balls drawn, 05-12-13-14-26, but not the green Cash Ball, 4, to win an annuity prize valued at $52,000 a year for life, or a cash prize of $1 million, less applicable tax withholding.
The selling retailer, Giant Eagle in McIntyre Square, 8050 McKnight Road, Pittsburgh, earns a $5,000 bonus.
More than 7,000 other Cash4Life® tickets in Pennsylvania also won prizes in the drawing. Players should check every ticket, every time. Lower-tier prizes may be claimed at a Lottery retailer.
