End Zone Cash is the latest Virtual Sports game added to the PA Lottery’s Xpress Sports Lineup, featuring NFL Alumni Players.

End Zone Cash

Middletown, PA – The Pennsylvania Lottery today launched a new Xpress Sports football-themed game called End Zone Cash, where players can watch their favorite retired NFL stars in action in a virtual environment, plus have a chance to win prizes up to $2,500 for $1 base play.

NFL Alumni players featured in End Zone Cash include Terry Bradshaw, Lynn Swann and Jerome Bettis. There’s something for Philly football fans too as they get to cheer for Ron Jaworski, Brian Westbrook, and Mike Quick back on the field, virtually.

“We’re consistently reviewing our portfolio of games to make things more convenient and exciting for our players so we can continue to score big with them — and score big with older Pennsylvanians,” said Pennsylvania Lottery Executive Director Drew Svitko. “For more than 50 years, the Pennsylvania Lottery has funded things like free and reduced-fare transportation, property tax and rent rebates, prescription assistance and free meals for our older population. These are life-sustaining programs that our seniors rely on each day.”

Those 18 and older can play End Zone Cash every four minutes, as a selection of full game highlights will be shown between 16 football teams. The scores change with every touchdown and field goal. Each of the eight matchups will result in a winning team for that matchup. The number of touchdowns scored from all matchups will also be combined for the optional Touchdown Multiplier add-on feature. The more touchdowns there are between all the matchups, the higher the guaranteed multiplier. If added to a purchase, the Touchdown Multiplier will triple the cost of a play.

“Why wait until football on Sunday?” said Svitko. “Catch football fever with End Zone Cash whenever it’s convenient for you.”

End Zone Cash purchases can be made at any PA Lottery self-service vending machine or by using a playslip at any PA Lottery retailer. Players can watch the ultra-realistic scoring highlights from each matchup on big screens at many PA Lottery retailers or streaming in the PA Lottery Official App or website.

End Zone Cash winners have up to one year from the ticket’s date of purchase to claim prizes.

The Pennsylvania Lottery launched virtual sports games, Xpress Sports, in August 2018. End Zone Cash is the latest game added to the Lottery’s Xpress Sports lineup and will replace Car Racing, which ended sales on March 19, 2024. If players won prizes on any Xpress Car Racing drawing, they have one year from the date of that drawing to claim their prize.

In addition to End Zone Cash, players also have the option to try their luck on Derby Cash Horse Racing, which launched in November 2019.

To see if they’ve won a prize, players can scan their ticket at a Pennsylvania Lottery retailer, check the PA Lottery website, or use the Ticket Checker feature on the PA Lottery Official App.

To find out where to play End Zone Cash, players can visit the Lottery website palottery.com and select the "Where to Buy" option. Players may also visit palottery.com to review the rules and chances of winning and learn how to play End Zone Cash.

The Lottery is also reminding its players that March is Problem Gambling Awareness Month. There are free and confidential resources available for those who may be suffering from gambling-related harms, including the free and confidential helpline 1-800-GAMBLER (1-800-426-2537). Players can also reach out via pacouncil.com, where they can access the helpline by phone, text, or chat.
