Tips for Printing Lottery Coupons

Please read the tips below to ensure coupons print successfully:
  • Before you begin, make sure the printer is turned on, has ink and paper and is connected to your computer.
  • Click on the PRINT COUPON image on your screen to print your coupon. This is the only way you may print your coupon.
  • You will not be able to use the File-Print option from your browser menu to print your coupon. You will also not be able to save a copy of the coupon prior to printing.

Correct: Click the "Print Coupon" image on your screen to print your coupon.
 


Incorrect: Do not use the File-Print option from your browser menu to print your coupon.
  • If you are accessing the coupon from a smartphone or tablet, you will only be able to print your coupon if your smartphone or tablet is connected to a printer that supports wireless printing.
  • If you try to print your coupon more than three times, you will reach your maximum print limit and you will not be able to print your coupon again for that offer.
  • Coupons may only be redeemed once per offer at a retailer.


Troubleshooting

Q: I see an error message that says “YOU HAVE REACHED THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PRINTS FOR THIS OFFER.” What should I do?
A: This means that you have exhausted your attempts to print this coupon. After you try to print each coupon three times, you will no longer be able to print additional coupons. If you would like to have your print limit reset, please contact PA Lottery Customer Service.

Q: I printed a blank page instead of a coupon. What should I do?
A: Try printing from a new web browser. For example, if you are using Internet Explorer to print your coupon and print a blank page, open a new browser like Google ChromeSafari or Mozilla Firefox and try to print your coupon. To copy the coupon link from your email, right click on the "Click here to get your coupon" link and select "copy hyperlink". From there, go to your new browser and paste the link.

 

Q: I printed a page that says “Please click on the coupon itself or the button that reads “click to print” to print the coupon.” What should I do?
A: Click on the words that read “Print Coupon,” as illustrated above.

 

Q: I see a red X instead of a coupon image. What should I do?
A: Try printing from a new web browser. For example, if you are using Internet Explorer to print your coupon and print a blank page, open a new browser like Google Chrome, Safari or Mozilla Firefox and try to print your coupon. To copy the coupon link from your email, right click on the "Click here to get your coupon" link and select "copy hyperlink". From there, go to your new browser and paste the link.

 

Q: Can I redeem my coupon multiple times at a retailer?
A: No. Coupons may only be redeemed once.

 

Q: Can I print the same coupon three times and redeem all three coupons for the same offer at the retailer?
A: No. Once you redeem your coupon, you will no longer be able to redeem that coupon offer again.

 

Q: I still cannot print my coupon. What should I do?
