Between now and October 5, 2023, players may enter any winning or non-winning PICK 2, PICK 3, PICK 4, PICK 5, Treasure Hunt, Cash 5 with Quick Cash, Match 6 Lotto, Cash4Life®, Powerball®, Mega Millions® and Keno tickets purchased from a licensed Lottery retailer. A 10X entry multiplier will be randomly awarded.
 
Fast Play, Derby Cash Horse Racing, and Millionaire Raffle games are not eligible for entry into this Second-Chance Drawing. Additionally, Draw Game tickets purchased online are not eligible for entry into this Second-Chance Drawing.
 
However, in a separate special Online Prize Drawing between August 31 and September 27, 2023, players who purchase the following tickets at palottery.com are automatically entered into the Online Prize Drawing for a chance to win this ultimate trip: $2 or more of Powerball®, Mega Millions®, Cash4Life®, and Match 6 Lotto; $1 or more of Treasure Hunt, PICK 2, and PICK 5; and $.50 or more of PICK 3 and PICK 4.
 
Four winners will be selected from all entries by the Pennsylvania Lottery: three from the Second-Chance Drawing and one from the separate Online Prize Drawing. Each prize winner receives a trip for two that includes round-trip coach class airfare, hotel accommodations (double occupancy) for four nights, all ground transportation, $1,000 spending money, a welcome dinner, six tickets to additional events hosted by the Pro Football Hall of Fame, and tickets to the 2024 Championship Game.
